Goku Runner & Friends - StrongLifts 5x5 Part II


I had a great time at the gym yesterday with my friends Willie and Damien. Our workout consisted of the Squat, OH Press, and Deadlift. Towards the end of the workout Damien suggested we try our maxes and I actually got a new max of 315 lbs for my deadlift!

Since I usually workout alone it was a nice change to have more of a social aspect to my training. Usually I'm sitting there in between sets staring blankly at my phone until 90 seconds pass and my timer beeps but this workout was full of stories and laughter in between reps.
